How can I solve the problem “The device is not supported”?

Service Arsenal is supported by devices with the basic version of firmware starting from 3.x.x. If the firmware version is older (for example, 2.5x) you can send us the device for free updating.

If your digital call was acquired after July 2015 and there is section “Information” in the menu or it has a color display you can send it to us for a free firmware updating. Otherwise, contact technical support in any convenient way. All links are at the bottom of the page.

How can I send a device to update the firmware?
